During my time at South China Normal University (SCNU), I have had many unforgettable experiences and memories. Whether it was studying, living, or participating in activities, each aspect of my life at SCNU has left a lasting impression on me. As we celebrate SCNU's 90th anniversary, I feel compelled to express my sincere gratitude and appreciation for this institution.

To begin with, my journey at SCNU has been transformative, leading to personal and intellectual growth. Through my studies, I have acquired a wealth of knowledge that extends beyond textbooks and lectures. Courses such as finance and computer programming in Python have challenged me to think critically and analytically. The professors at SCNU have been exceptional in their expertise and dedication, providing in-depth explanations and fostering a stimulating learning environment. Their guidance has helped me not only understand the subjects but also appreciate their real-world applications. Moreover, SCNU places great emphasis on practical learning, offering opportunities to apply theoretical knowledge through internships and research projects. These experiences have been instrumental in solidifying my understanding and preparing me for future professional endeavors.

Furthermore, SCNU boasts a vibrant campus life teeming with diverse activities. One such highlight is the annual sports meet, where students from various faculties come together to showcase their skills and team spirit. I participated in track and field events, competing alongside my peers, which not only enhanced my physical fitness but also nurtured a sense of camaraderie and sportsmanship. SCNU's commitment to innovation and entrepreneurship is evident through the numerous competitions it hosts. One such event was the Innovation Challenge, where students were encouraged to develop creative solutions to societal problems. I enthusiastically participated in this contest, collaborating with a motivated team, and our innovative project garnered recognition and praise. Engaging in such activities has not only honed my problem-solving skills but also fostered an entrepreneurial mindset, instilling in me the confidence to turn ideas into reality.

Moreover, my time at SCNU has been characterized by active involvement in community service. SCNU strongly emphasizes social responsibility, and students are encouraged to contribute to society through volunteer work. I eagerly joined various service projects, such as tutoring underprivileged children and organizing donation drives for those in need. I have actively participated in volunteer activities such as the freshmen welcoming event, cafeteria services, and blood donation campaigns. These experiences have allowed me to step outside my comfort zone and gain a deeper understanding of the challenges faced by marginalized communities. Interacting with individuals from different walks of life has broadened my perspective, cultivating empathy and compassion within me. Through these acts of service, I have realized the profound impact even the smallest actions can have on the lives of others.

In addition to the educational and extracurricular aspects, the people at SCNU have played an integral role in making my experience truly memorable. The professors and associate professors at the International Business College have not only imparted knowledge but also inspired and motivated me. Their passion for their respective fields is evident in their engaging lectures, and their dedication to student success is truly inspiring. Moreover, the formation of enduring friendships has been a crucial aspect of my campus life. SCNU provides a nurturing environment that fosters interpersonal connections. Whether it is bonding over late-night study sessions in the library or collaborating on group projects, the camaraderie among students creates a sense of belonging and support. These friendships have transcended the boundaries of the classroom, resulting in lasting connections that I believe will continue to grow beyond my time at SCNU.

In conclusion, my experience at SCNU has been nothing short of transformative. In just one year, I have witnessed personal growth through challenging academic pursuits, participated in a myriad of enriching activities, learned from knowledgeable professors, and formed valuable friendships. SCNU has shaped me into a well-rounded individual, equipped not only with academic knowledge but also with the skills and mindset necessary to navigate the challenges of the future. As SCNU celebrates its 90th anniversary, I extend my heartfelt congratulations and express my profound gratitude for the invaluable opportunities and experiences it has provided me. Happy anniversary, SCNU!
