Launched in November 2025, the competition attracted nearly 500 teams from across the country. Following institutional nominations, rigorous review by the organizing committee, and anonymous expert evaluations, only 100 teams advanced to the offline finals. SCNU's International Business College successfully sent three teams to the finals—one graduate team and two undergraduate teams.
The final round took the form of public presentations and Q&A sessions. A total of three grand prizes, 9 first prizes, 25 second prizes, 25 third prizes, and a number of Excellence Awards were presented. Competing against strong teams nationwide, SCNU's students prepared diligently and participated actively, earning one second prize and two third prizes with industry-relevant and innovative research topics.
The competition, organized by the National Organizing Committee of the Digital Economy Practice Achievement Competition for Universities and hosted by the School of Economics at Renmin University of China, is a national high‑level academic contest guided by the China National Committee for Graduate Education of Digital Economy and jointly initiated by China's top universities. It boasts high academic authority and broad influence in the field of digital economics.
