Students from the Shanwei campus of SCNU won two first prizes, one second prize and one third prize at the recently concluded TI Cup 2024 National Undergraduate Electronic Design Contest - Analog System Design Invitational Contest.
Led by Professor Xuan Liping from the School of Data Science and Engineering of SCNU, seven teams participated in the contest for the first time. All of them were awarded prizes after four days and three nights of fierce competition, which include two first prizes, one second prize, one third prize, and three participation awards. Professor Xuan Liping was recognized as an "Excellent instructor" by the Department of Education of Guangdong province for her great guidance.
The National Undergraduate Electronic Design Contest is one of the four major disciplinary competitions held by the Ministry of Education of People's Republic of China and it is one of the ten contests sponsored by the Department of Education of Guangdong province. It is one of the largest and most authoritative academic contests among universities in the country with a history of 31 years.
This year's contest was hosted by South China University of Technology, and attracted 1,395 teams from 70 colleagues and universities to participate.
