Professor Jiang was recognized for his innovative course design and deep integration of industry-education collaboration to foster talents. As the lead instructor for the cooperative "Intelligent Foundation" course, he has deeply integrated core Kunpeng and HarmonyOS technologies into the Computer Architecture curriculum, and developed a comprehensive educational framework that seamlessly blends teaching, hands-on practice and competition. His courseware actively contributes to the development of high-caliber, application-oriented computing professionals. Under his mentorship, students have won numerous national first prizes in competitions, including the Kunpeng Application Innovation Competition, the Open Source Innovation Competition, and the OpenAtom Competition.

The Ministry of Education-Huawei "Intelligent Foundation" Outstanding Teacher Award is a highly competitive national honor, with only 20 recipients selected across the nation each year. It honors frontline university educators for their outstanding contributions to cultivating talents in nationally strategic and high-demand fields.

Since 2021, three faculty members of SCNU have received this award, making SCNU the leader among higher education institutions in South China by total number of recipients.
