Four teachers from SCNU made outstanding achievements winning 1 grand prize, 2 second prizes, 1 third prize, and 1 special award of "Artificial Intelligence +" in the 6th National University Blended Teaching Design Innovation Contest held in Xi'an, Shaanxi province from December 27 to 29. At the same time, SCNU won the "Outstanding Organization Award" and "Special Contribution Award".

Starting from June, the 2024 contest has drawn extensive attention and participation from universities nationwide, with 411 universities participating, and 999 works from 372 universities entering the rematch. After evaluation, 80 courses from 66 universities were selected for the national final contest, including 73 undergraduate courses and 7 vocational courses, covering various majors of liberal arts and science. This contest selected 12 grand prizes, 60 first prizes, 154 second prizes, 204 third prizes, and 403 excellence prizes in total.

The National University Blended Teaching Design Innovation Contest was founded in 2019 and has been included in data source in the Analysis Report of the National College Teachers’ Teaching Competition and the National College Teachers' Teaching Development Index of the China Association of Higher Education. The contest initiated first by Shanghai Jiao Tong University, has been held six times.
Organized by the Committee of the National Blended Teaching Design Innovation Contest and the China Education Society of Electronics, the contest provides a platform for teachers to cultivate, communicate, and showcase blended teaching, leading and facilitating the reformation of blending teaching in universities.
