Under the project “Young Talent”, the Jiangfeng Research Group at the Institute of Semiconductor Science and Technology (Institute of Optical and Electronic Materials and Technology) has made important progress in the field of hydrogen production by solar photolysis of binary compound semiconductor GeSe-based composite film materials. The achievement was published on line in ACS Catalysis, 2019, 9, 3091-3097 (Influencing Factor: 11.384). SCNU is the first unit of the thesis and the only communication unit. The first author of the thesis is Wang Kang, a graduate student the 2017 cohort, with Huang Dingwang, Yu Le, Feng Kuang and Li Lintao, as co-authors. The Jiangfeng Research Group is the only corresponding author of the thesis.
This is another important achievement of the Jiangfeng ResearchGroup since ACS Energy Letters, 2018, 3, 1875-1881 (IF: 12.277); Solar RRL, 2018, 2, 1700205; J. Colloid Interface Sci. 2019, 536, 9-16 (IF: 5.091).
