In preparation for the competition, the School of Fine Arts has established a structured and echelon-based competition preparation mechanism. For the core modules- “Teaching Demonstration (Micro-Lesson)” and “Professional Skills Demonstration”- a dual-mentor team of key faculty and off-campus experts was assembled.
The Teaching Demonstration (Micro-Lesson) mentor team, led by Associate Professor Hua Nian, was jointly guided by the on-campus and off-campus mentors. Focusing on real classroom scenarios in primary and secondary schools, the team honed students' abilities in teaching design, language expression, and information-based teaching.
The Professional Skills mentor team was divided into specialized groups: Chinese painting, paper art, folk crafts, calligraphy, and other areas, with full-time teachers and external experts providing targeted intensive training, ensuring students mastery fundamentals, while highlighting their strengths in both "mandatory and optional items".
