The 7th China Behavioral and Experimental Economics Forum (ChinaBEEF) was held at SCNU from April 12 to 13, with the theme of "Behavioral Economic Science in the Digital Age". Around 140 experts and scholars of behavioral and experimental economics from over 50 universities across the country gathered to discuss the latest topics in this field.

This forum featured 8 keynote sessions and 18 parallel sessions, including a dedicated session for English-language papers. Nearly 90 papers were presented by participants from over 30 institutions in the parallel sessions. The keynote speech covered the identification of behavioral economics paradigms and theories, experimental research on AI and large language models (LLMs) in relation to human behavior, as well as livelihood issues such as employment and healthcare.
This forum was jointly hosted by the Council of ChinaBEEF, the School of Economics and Management and the Key Lab for Behavioral Economic Science and Technology at SCNU. The event would significantly strengthen academic ties between SCNU's economics discipline and the domestic scholarly community, and jointly advance the development of behavioral and experimental economics in China.
