为培养熟练掌握汉语、熟悉中国文化和国情、能够利用汉语在跨文化环境中工作的国际化人才，华南师范大学一如既往地面对海内外国际学生开展汉语言本科专业招生。汉语言专业是针对母语为非汉语的外国人和海外华人而开设的学历教育。培养具有汉语语言能力、汉语交际能力和掌握教育学、心理学和第二语言教学的基础知识及其应用技能或掌握商务知识及其应用技能的复合型人才。对修完全部课程，成绩合格，通过学位论文答辩，符合我校学位授予条件的学员，取得本科学历，授予文学学士学位。
In order to cultivate international talents who are proficient in Chinese, familiar with Chinese culture and national conditions, and able to work in a cross-cultural environment with Chinese, South China Normal University will, as always, warmly carry out undergraduate enrollment of Chinese language for international students all over the world.
The undergraduate program at the School of International Culture of SCNU is an academic education for the foreigners whose native language is not Chinese and the overseas Chinese. It aims to cultivate compound talents with Chinese language ability, Chinese communication ability, basic knowledge and application skills of pedagogy, psychology and second language teaching, or business knowledge and application skills. Students who have completed all the courses, passed the dissertation defense, and met the requirements of degree awarding in our university will be awarded the Bachelor of Arts degree.

The Program Duration is 4 years in general. But we take the advantage to shorten the learning period if applicants have below documents accordingly.
具有HSK4级证书或提供在华学习一年合格成绩单可以申请本科二年
Applicants with New HSK4 certificate or one-year qualified transcripts issued by Chinese university are able to apply for sophomore.具有HSK5级证书或提供在华学习二年合格成绩单可以申请本科三年
Applicants with New HSK5 certificate or two-year qualified transcripts issued by Chinese university are able to apply for junior.
