The final of 2019 Oracle Bone Cup "Chinese Characters and Me" Speech Contest for international students were concluded on 22 October. Three students from College of International Culture, SCNU attended the activity, and were awarded three prizes.
More than 70 well-known foreign sinologists, foreign experts and students from 29 countries including the United States, Germany, France, Russia, Japan, South Korea and Thailand, as well as 210 cultural experts and scholars from more than 20 universities and research institutes attended the opening ceremony.

Vice president of the association Hu Sishe, vice governor of the people's government of Henan Province, Dai Baihua, Nepali congressman Nathan Darth Pradhan, deputy secretary-general of the Trilateral Cooperation Secretariat Gang Do Ho and other leaders and guests attended the conference and delivered speeches.
The 3-day conference covered seven themes such as "Chinese characters and teaching Chinese as a foreign language", as well as a series of cultural exchange activities such as the 2019 Oracle Bone Cup "Chinese Characters and Me" Speech Contest for international students, featuring finals and an award ceremony.
The conference was held by the Chinese People's Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries and the people's government of Henan Province.
