Zhou Guowei, the full-time education master of School of Foreign Studies of SCNU, with Professor Zhou Rong as his tutor, published a high-level Academic Paper entitled “Processing of Translation-Ambiguous Words by Chinese–English Bilinguals in Sentence Context” in Journal of Psycholinguistic Research.This Academic Paper is the first SSCI paper with the master of education as first author in School of Foreign Studies, which marks a new stage of graduate student training in School of Foreign Studies.
In recent years, the School of Foreign Studies have attached great importance to master training program based on the new mission in times that fully implement the fundamental tasks of strengthen moral education and cultivate people. In the first half of year 2019, the School of Foreign Studies have made many achievements except the historical breakthrough that mentioned above. Fang Nan (Professor Zhang Ping as tutor), the undergraduate student of from grade 2016, published an essay entitled" Effects of Translational Congruencyand L2 Lexical Frequency on English Collocational Processing” in the national core periodical Modern Foreign Language. The academic dissertation entitled “Investigating the Effects of Different Writing Prompts in Continuation Tasks on Test-takers' Writing Performance", written by Shi Bibing (Professor Huang Liyan as tutor), the master of education in 2015 grade, was awarded the 7th National Master of Education professional degree excellent thesis and was selected into the "Ten National Master of Education model thesis as the representative of the academic degree in teaching (English)".
