华南师范大学始建于1933年,前身是广东省立勷勤大学师范学院。学校1996年进入国家“211工程”重点建设大学行列,2015年成为广东省人民政府和教育部共建高校,同年进入广东省高水平大学整体建设高校行列,2017年进入国家“世界一流学科”建设行列。学校现有广州石牌、广州大学城和佛山南海3个校区。
South China Normal University, established in 1933, was originally known as Guangzhou Provincial Xiangqin Normal College. In 1996, the college became a member of China’s “Project 211” universities. 2015 saw the co-construction of SCNU by the Guangdong Provincial Government and the Ministry of Education as well as the university’s entry into Guangdong High-level University Sponsoring Project. In 2017, SCNU became a member of the National Sponsoring Project for World-Class Disciplines Construction. SCNU now boasts three campuses, namely Shipai Campus, University Town Campus in Guangzhou and Nanhai Campus in Foshan.
国际商学院设金融学(中英合作办学)、财务管理和法语三个本科专业,有中外联合培养国际商务和职业技术教育(财经商贸类商务英语)两个研究生专业,其中金融学专业是广东省特色专业。学院拥有国际化高水平的师资队伍,其中具有出国留学进修经历的教师占教师总人数的2/3以上,外籍教师10余人。学院拥有珠江西岸战略研究中心、跨境教育质量保障研究中心,与中国教育国际交流协会共同建立了跨境教育质量保障研究基地。
The International Business College (IBC) has three undergraduate majors: Finance (Sino-British cooperative program), Financial Management and French; two Sino-foreign cooperative graduate majors: Master of International Business and Master of Vocational Education (Financial and Business English), of which the Finance is the Featured Major of Guangdong Province. The college has a high-level international teaching staff, more than 2/3 of the teachers having the experience of studying abroad, and more than 10 being foreign teachers. The college has the Pearl River West Bank Strategic Research Center, Cross Border Education Quality Assurance Research Center, and the Cross Border Education Quality Assurance Research Base co-constructed with the China Education Association for International Exchange.
学院突出国际化复合型人才的培养特色,整合了中外优质教学资源,引进了国外合作大学专业核心课程,与国外合作大学教师共同开设全外语课程。现有统招本科生735人,研究生32人,每年接收法国、加拿大、比利时等国留学生。学院每年就业率保持在100%,连续三年被评为华南师范大学“就业工作先进单位”。2019年升研率以36.8%位列全校第二,其中金融学专业升研率达到67.5%,65%的学生被世界一流大学录取。
The IBC highlights the training characteristics of international composite talents, integrates high-quality teaching resources at home and abroad, introduces core professional courses from foreign cooperative universities, and jointly sets up foreign-languages-taught courses with teachers from foreign cooperative universities. At present, IBC has 735 undergraduates and 32 postgraduates, and international students from France, Canada, Belgium and other countries are enrolled every year. The annual employment rate of the college remains at 100%, and it has been rated as the "Advanced Unit of Employment Work" of South China Normal University for three consecutive years. In 2019, 36.8% of the graduates were enrolled as graduate students, ranked second in the whole university, of which 67.5% were majoring in Finance, and 65% were admitted by world-class universities.
学院与国外高校共同搭建实践教学平台,现有广东省省级实验示范中心和广东省省级校外实践教学基地,并设有金融工程大数据分析实验室、ERP财务管理创新实验室、国际化学习实践与创新中心、VR实验室,以及国际课程实验室和国际化综合实验室等。
The college and foreign universities jointly built a practical teaching platform. At present, the college has set up Guangdong Provincial Experimental Demonstration Center and Guangdong Provincial Off-campus Practical Teaching Base, and has a Financial Engineering Big Data Analysis Laboratory, ERP Financial Management Innovation Laboratory, an International Learning Practice and Innovation Center, a VR Laboratory, an International Curriculum Laboratory and an International Comprehensive Laboratory.

The candidates can be recruited as professor, associate professor or position of equivalent level. The candidates will be rewarded with an annual pre-tax salary of 300,000-600,000 yuan. In addition, International United College will provide a subsidy of 50,000 yuan per year; Housing Allowance of up to pre-tax 2 million yuan will be provided. The age of the candidates, preferably under 35, can be prolonged to 38 if he/she has outstanding academic performance in Humanities and Social Science. Doctorate degree or postdoctoral research should have gained or done in such universities or institutions as Chinese Academy of Sciences, Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, discipline at universities ranked no lower than A level in Ministry of Education evaluation or the top 200 universities in the world (internationally recognized four global university rankings: ARWU, QS, THE, US News, the same hereinafter). The candidates, preferably under 35, are expected to have gained his/her doctorate degree in such universities or institutions as Chinese Academy of Sciences, Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, domestic universities and discipline ranked no lower than SCNU in comprehensive competitiveness or the top 500 universities in the world. 获博士学位,教学能力强,符合学校基本招聘条件与学院招聘需求。预聘制人员与学校签订聘用合同,聘期四年,聘期内可通过高级专业技术职务的晋升转为长期聘用。能全英或双语教学。
Candidates should giant doctorate degree, and have greater ability of teaching, meet the university’s basic criteria as well as the college’s specific requirements. Permanent employment can be offered once the candidate obtains a senior professional title during the first four-year employment contract with the university. The candidates should be able to teach fully in English or bilingually.

(七)学术英语教师 (特聘教师) Academic English teachers(Distinguished Teachers)
1.引进条件
1. Requirements
获得硕士及以上研究生学历学位。中国籍人员要求本科、研究生均为英语相关专业,英语系语言国家留学归国者优先。外籍人员要求以英语为母语,且来自英国、美国、澳洲、加拿大、新西兰等国家;至少2年英语教学经验;教育学或语言学专业毕业者优先。
The candidates should have already acquired master degree or above degree. Chinese candidates both of undergraduate and postgraduate are required to be in English-related majors, and the overseas candidates returned from English-speaking countries are preferred. Foreign candidates are required to be English native speakers, and are from the following countries like the United Kingdom, the United States, Australia, Canada, New Zealand and etc.; At least 2 years of English teaching experience is necessary for foreign candidates; Graduates in education or linguistics are preferred.

特聘教师实施合同管理,不入事业编制;起点年薪12万元;依法参加养老、医疗、工伤、失业、生育等社会保险和缴存住房公积金,享受相应待遇。国际联合学院根据学历层次和职称进行另外补贴,其中无职称2万元/年,讲师职称3万元/年,副教授及以上职称4万元/年。
The candidates will sign an employment contract with SCNU. The annual salary is 120,000 yuan. Benefits includes lawful social insurances such as pension, medical treatment, work-related injury, unemployment, childbirth, as well as housing fund and other benefits. International United College will provide a subsidy according to educational level and academic title. The candidates who do not have any academic title will enjoy 20,000 yuan per year, 30,000 yuan for lecturers per year, and 40,000 yuan per year for associate professors or above.
(八)跨境教育质量保障研究中心(基地)研究助理(博士后)Research associate (post-doctors) of Cross-border Education Quality Assuarance Research Center (base)
1.跨境教育质量保障研究中心(基地)简介
跨境教育质量保障研究中心(基地)与中国教育国际交流协会相关职能部门共同承担全国范围内跨境教育相关项目的实施、评估与质量保障的研究和实践。研究领域涉及:跨境教育、国际合作教育、中外合作办学规划与实施、中外合作办学质量保障和中外合作办学评估与评价。
Cross Border Education Quality Assurance Research Centre (Base) and the China Education Association for International Exchange shared responsibility of implementation, evaluation and quality assurance research and practice of cross-border education related project in the nationwide. Research fields mainly involve: cross-border education; interantional cooperative education; planning, implementation, quality guarantee, quality assessment and evaluation of Sino-Foreign Cooperation in Running Schools.

The candidates should send the compressed application documents including CV and relevant materials in electronic format to designated email address, with a title of the email and appendix as "position types + disciplines or majors you are applying for + candidate name ( for instance: Young Talent + Finance + Zhang San)".

本公告自公布之日起施行,岗位招满即止。如遇国家、地方和学校相关政策、规定发生调整,按新政策、规定执行。本公告由华南师范大学人事处负责解释。面试与试讲时间将另行通知。
This announcement shall take effect as of the date of release and shall be expired when vacancies become unavailable. If the relevant policies and regulations of the country, local governments and SCNU are adjusted, new policies and regulations will be implemented accordingly. This announcement is interpreted by the Personnel Department of SCNU. Selection and Interview time will be released later.
